Your name and address are only used so that you may receive your free travel brochures and vacation guides via post mail or online. Your e-mail address is made available to the travel organizations for the destinations you select so that they may provide you with additional event, vacation and travel information. We may send you a follow up e-mail after using our service, however, you always have the option of opting out.

Travel Advertising Group sends each of our participating travel organizations your request for additional travel materials. We do not rent, sell, share or make available your name in any other way to any other organizations.

On occasion a participating travel organization may share data with their member organizations. For example, if you ask for information about a state, some of the cities in that specific state may send literature in the mail to provide you with additional information.

We also monitor certain pages of our Web site for the purpose of reporting web traffic, statistics etc. For that purpose, we have authorized the use cookies. No personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred.
